Sparkling Ice Jello Shooters

1 16.9 oz bottle of water

8 sheets gelatin

2 packages flavored pop rocks


  • Reduce one bottle of water by 50%
  • Soften 8 sheets gelatin in cold water
  • Take water reduction and let cool slightly
  • Squeeze out all water from gelatin sheets and put into water reduction and stir until dissolved
  • Put into desired container
  • Cool in fridge overnight
  • Cut in desired shapes  and put on serving spoon , or serve in disposable shot glass
  • Put on serving tray, with side of pop rocks in small ramekin
  • Put pop rocks on just before you eat it
  • Enjoy!
