What is Sparkling Ice Rewards and how does it work?
Sparkling Ice Rewards is our consumer loyalty program. Complete your Punch Card every month and instantly get rewarded! Earn punches and sweepstakes entries by purchasing Sparkling Ice products and engaging with monthly activities. All it takes is 5 punches to complete your Punch Card – yup, it’s that simple!

How can I join Sparkling Ice Rewards?
It’s easy and free to join! Visit www.sparklingice.com/rewards to create an account. Simply enroll with your email, first/last name, and zip code. You must be a legal resident of the United States/DC and 18 years or older (19 in AL/NE and 21 in MS) to join.
If you are an existing member of the previous Sparkling Ice Rewards program, simply enter your email tied to your previous account and follow the steps to reset your password.

How can I earn punches?
Earn one punch for every completed activity on Sparkling Ice Rewards. Activities such as taking a poll, uploading purchase receipts with a participating product(s), taking a survey, completing your profile, logging in monthly, and more. You will also receive a sweepstakes entry for every punch earned! Log in now to see which monthly activities will earn you a punch!

How many punches do I need to complete my Punch Card?
Earn 5 punches in a month to complete your Punch Card and unlock the Rewards catalog where you can select one reward of your choice. Upon completion, your Punch Card will reset for the following month, and you will be able to unlock even more Rewards when you return!

Do my punches expire?
All punches expire on the last day of the month and reset on the first day of the following month. You will receive sweepstakes entries for every punch you complete during the month regardless of completing your Punch Card.

How do I earn sweepstakes entries?
Every time you earn a punch, you will earn a sweepstakes entry! Even if you don’t complete your monthly Punch Card. How do I know if I am a sweepstakes winner?

What qualifies as a valid receipt?
Take a clear photo of your receipt capturing the purchase date, store name, products, prices, and total receipt amount. Upload the receipt as either a JPEG, .JPG, .PNG, .PDF or .GIF making sure not to exceed 8MB. The receipt must be uploaded within 60 days of purchase.

What do I do if I have a long receipt?
If the whole receipt is too long for a single photo, you can take up to 4 photos to capture the full receipt. Just make sure to capture the purchase date, store name, products, prices, and total receipt amount.

How long will it take for my receipt to be reviewed?
Please allow up to 72 hours for your receipt to be reviewed. You will be notified of the status of your receipt via email. If you haven’t received an email from us, please check your junk/spam folder.

If I upload a receipt how many punches will I earn?
You will earn one punch for every valid receipt uploaded, regardless of the number of participating products on the receipt. Remember to only submit one receipt at a time.

How will I know if my uploaded receipt has earned me a punch and a sweepstakes entry?
You will receive an email within 72 hours of uploading your receipt letting you know if it was approved, and if a punch and sweepstakes entry was earned. Login to your dashboard to see the punch added to your Punch Card.

Why did my receipt get rejected?
- Receipt was uploaded after 60-days of purchase.
- Receipt was not in the correct file format of JPEG, .JPG, .PNG, .PDF or .GIF
- File size exceeded 8MB.
- Receipt is unreadable in the photo.
- Not a receipt image or a fraudulent image.
- Receipt was already submitted and is a duplicate receipt
- Date, store name, or participating product(s) are not on the receipt.
- Multiple receipts submitted at once. Remember to only submit one receipt at a time.

How do I redeem a reward?
Once you’ve earned 5 punches and completed your Punch Card, head over to the Rewards catalog and redeem the reward of your choice. Simply select the reward you’d like and click redeem. An email will be sent to your inbox with further redemption instructions if applicable.

How often can I get rewarded?
Every month! Every month that you complete a punch card, you will be able to select a reward!

How long do I have to select my reward after I completed my Punch Card?
You will have the opportunity to select your reward upon completion of your Punch Card through to the next calendar month. For example: if you complete your Punch Card on the 2nd of May, you have until June 30th to redeem your reward.

I forgot my password; how can I reset it?
To reset your Sparkling Ice Rewards password, please go to forget password page. You will be prompted to enter your email address to receive a password reset link with a temporary password. Follow the instructions in the email and use the temporary password to reset your account password. If you haven’t received an email from us, please check your junk/spam folder.
