Sparkling Ice teamed up with Latinitas, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering students through media and technology, to celebrate another month of its Flavorful Giving campaign in Austin, Texas.
The Latinitas mission is to empower all girls and students to innovate through media and technology with a vision to create courageous leaders. Since 2002, Latinitas has provided bilingual and culturally relevant STEAM-based education for girls and gender-expansive youth aged 9-14.
During their after school program, Club Latinitas, at Wilden Elementary School in Austin, TX, Sparkling Ice donated $25,000 to Latinitas, unveiling their commitment to empowering the next generation by providing tools and opportunities for students to express themselves and develop vital skills in media and technology.
“We are thrilled to contribute to the growth and development of the students in Austin and to empower them through media and technology,” said Veronica Blankenship, Executive Vice President, People at Talking Rain. “Our partnership with Latinitas aims to inspire creativity and innovation within these young women.”
